Florida · Channel 16
The county, right now.
Gulf City is twelve districts and one shared fight. When a district starts to slip, a call
goes out on channel 16 — the real distress and calling frequency — and anybody in the
world can answer it. What you see below is not a trailer. It is the actual state of the map,
changed by whoever was playing last night.

How this works, plainly.
Channel 16 is the international distress, safety and calling frequency on marine VHF
(156.800 MHz) — on this coast everybody with a boat monitors it. In Gulf City it is the
county's open net.
Pressure rises on its own, faster overnight, and faster in exposed
districts like the Boardwalk than out at Sweetwater Farms.
Any job you finish in a district counts toward its open call —
sweeps count most, a courier run counts, a fish counts a little.
Playing alone always counts. A squad counts more (up to ×1.75,
because more radios on scene genuinely helps) but nothing here is locked behind
having friends online.
Losing a district is not the end. It goes dark on this board until
somebody runs the restore call. Old Town never goes dark — it is the safe hub, and
at most three districts can be dark at once.
No timers to buy out, no streak to lose, no currency that expires. If you miss a night,
you missed a night. Answer a call ➔
