One Planet, Many Regions

JMI Earth is an open-world social game built region by region. Each region is a real place on Earth — grounded in its geography, culture and feel — connected by shared accounts, friends, voice, vehicles and cosmetics. We start in Florida and grow outward.

Why regions, not one huge map? Building a real planet is a years-long project. Polishing one real place at a time — with friends, voice, vehicles, and persistent progress — beats shipping an empty procedural superworld. New regions unlock when they're fun, not when a roadmap says so. Read the vision research memo for the full plan.
