A square-ish, well-lit photo of your face works best. The card is fine without one — it just uses the studio background.
2 · What are you inviting them to?
Both links already exist on this site — this page does not invent a third way to invite somebody, and neither one sends anything by itself.
Your wording
Keep it to something you would say out loud. This card is going to a person you know, not to an audience — and please do not put anybody's phone number, school or address on it.
3 · Your card
Drawn live at 1200×630 — the size Facebook, Messenger, iMessage and X all render as a large card.
Then what?
A card is the start of a conversation, not the end of one. Once they are in:
