JMI Hub Terms

Last updated: May 13, 2026

JMI Hub and Florida are an alpha game project by Michael J. Ebinger. These plain-language terms are here to protect the game, the players, and the work while we keep building.

Respect The Game

Do not attack, overload, copy, exploit, reverse engineer for cheating, or intentionally break JMI Hub.
Do not use bugs, browser edits, scripts, or fake requests to gain unfair rewards, items, stats, or access.
Alpha progress, inventory, rewards, and features may change, reset, or be removed while the game is being developed.

Respect Other Players

No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, bullying, impersonation, spam, scams, or sharing another person's private information.
Keep public posts, chat, profile pictures, and screenshots family-friendly.
Do not post photos of children, private locations, school details, phone numbers, or personal contact details.

Ownership

JMI Hub, Florida, original game code, world designs, JMI names, and original site/game content belong to Michael J. Ebinger unless another source or license is listed. If you buy anything in a JM Interactive world (Founder or Estate Homesteads), the Terms of Sale & Virtual Goods Policy covers that purchase too.

You keep ownership of things you post, but by posting them here you give JMI Hub permission to display, store, moderate, and remove them as part of running the site and game.

Moderation

Accounts, posts, chat messages, images, items, scores, and access can be limited or removed if they hurt the game, break these rules, risk player safety, or create legal/copyright problems.

No Warranty

This is an alpha project. It is provided as-is, with no promise that it will always be online, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or keep every test reward forever.
